Registration Guideline

• All day, every program and Social events attendance fee included
• there is no extra fee for meals and refreshments
• Registration process for code recipient may vary
• On-site registration fee will be updated
• Every participant can attend freely from Day 0 3rd Sept. (Tue)

Notice

• All registration fees shown are in US dollar (USD) and are inclusive of 10% VAT. 
• Registrations cannot be confirmed without full payment. 
• Registration fee is non-cancelable and non-refundable, but are transferable to others. 
• The fee includes congress attendance, delegate bag including conference materials, attendance at the welcome party and network night, lunch during five days. opening & closing ceremony, Access to the exhibition area, workshop, field excursion including lunch.
